Born and raised from a creative family in a humble place in the Philippines. My mom made wedding dresses and my dad built buildings and roads. I attributed my skills and talents from them.

I remember when I was young I like pencils, crayolas and paper. They were my first toys. I first won my medal in an art competition from third grade. I always practice to draw and paint. Art contest in schools was my training ground in becoming a better artist. I love winning and challenging myself but what was really important of all is I love the feeling that I could create something beautiful with my imagination and my hands. There is a sense of accomplishment and happiness when stuff are done wonderfully. Failures were also there to challenge me and make a better version of myself.

I was granted with full college scholarship in De La Salle – CSB on their new art course, Multimedia Arts during that time. With my traditional artistic background, it was a perfect match with this course. Graduated with honors (Cum Laude), hopes were high with a new beginning in the real world. I was offered a job in a Post production company as a Visual effects artist or Compositor.

That’s quite challenging. I have never heard of that job career in my entire college days, I thought I’ll be in a different area. But looking back I’m very thankful where it lead me to become. Within couple of years working there, I found myself learning and working with the core team of Visual FX artists. I should say those hard work and sleepless nights were all worth it.

I also had an opportunity to study and work in the U.S. I went to Gnomon School of Visual Effects in Hollywood, CA and I’m humbled to be with all of the talented students there. I continue to hone my craft here in the U.S. and helping people and businesses achieve their goals through Arts, Animation, Advertising, Design and much more.  Sharing what I learned with people is the most rewarding thing I’ve been doing since then. This is the purpose I’ve been given and I’m truly blessed and happy with it.
